Hakata Tsukemen Goenya Akasaka （博多つけ麺御〇屋赤坂店）
A new type of tsukemen restaurant proposed by a soba noodle shop. Using the know-how of a noodle shop, they carefully select noodles suited for tsukemen dipping noodles. The menu has a wide repertoire of dishes such as Taiwanese-style soupless noodles, known as mazesoba, and rich tsukemen. In the evenings, the restaurant serves a la carte dishes unique to Kyushu and a wide variety of shōchū.
